Admins can add a Relative Information Hyperlink Target Site from the Library page
If all your supporting documents are stored in one place you can add a Relative Information Hyperlink Target Site and use relative hyperlinks, instead of complete URLs, when adding your hyperlinks. This also enables you to import Process Maps which use relative hyperlinks.
As standard, only Admins can add a Relative Information Hyperlink Target Site.
- To add a Relative Information Hyperlink Target Site click on the Library menu option in the Admin section of the menu on the left hand side of your screen. This will take you to the Manage Library page.
- Type or paste the URL into the Relative Information Hyperlink Site text box and click Update.
- The page will update and you will be able to add relative hyperlinks to your Process Maps or import Process Maps which include relative hyperlinks.
