Change Built-In Process Property Captions

You can replace the standard captions for built-in process properties with names that match your organisation's terminology. The change affects the displayed caption in process lists, process pages, dashboards, and emails; it does not rename the underlying property.

Update a caption

1. Open Properties and choose Built-in Properties.
2. Enter the caption you want beside the standard property name.
3. Select Save.

You need the Manage Data Capture feature to change these captions. Leave a caption blank to return to the standard name.
