Users can view a Process Map's change history from the Process Maps list
Users can view a Process Map's change history from the 'Process Maps' list:
- Click on the Process Maps menu item in the Library Content section of the menu.
- Find the Process Map you wish to view the history of, click on the actions button next to it and select View History from the dropdown list that appears.
- This will take you to a table which displays all the approved versions of the Process Map - including the Change Description, Date, Author and Approver.
- To view each version of the map click View.
