Admins can connect Process Library to Business Phrasebook from the Integrations page
Connect Process Library to Business Phrasebook to to enable Process Map translations.
As standard, only Admins can Connect Process Library to Business Phrasebook.
- Click on the Integrations menu option in the Library Settings section of the menu on the left hand side of your screen.
- Click Phrasebook Translation You will be asked to enter a Refresh Token and JWT Token from phrasebook.
- Login to Business Phrasebook, click on the Account menu option found at the top left-hand side of the screen and select Account from the dropdown list that appears.
- Click on the API Keys tab on the account screen.
- From here you can copy the refresh token and the JWT token by clicking on the relevant buttons.
- Return to Process Library and paste the information from Phrasebook into the relevant sections.
- Once you have entered the Refresh Token and JWT Token select your chosen Phrasebook from the Selected Phrasebook dropdown and click Submit.
- To export your shape texts to Phrasebook to be translated click Export Shape Texts - this can be done at any point to update the phrases that appear in Phrasebook.
