Connect Triaster QMS to Business Phrasebook to to enable Process Map translations.
As standard, only Admins can Connect Triaster QMS to Business Phrasebook.
- Click on the Integrations menu option in the Library Settings section of the menu on the left hand side of your screen.
- Click Phrasebook Translation You will be asked to enter a Refresh Token and JWT Token from phrasebook.
- Login to Business Phrasebook, click on the Account menu option found at the top left-hand side of the screen and select Account from the dropdown list that appears.
- Click on the API Keys tab on the account screen.
- From here you can copy the refresh token and the JWT token by clicking on the relevant buttons.
- Return to Triaster QMS and paste the information from Phrasebook into the relevant sections.
- Once you have entered the Refresh Token and JWT Token select your chosen Phrasebook from the Selected Phrasebook dropdown and click Submit.
- To export your shape texts to Phrasebook to be translated click Export Shape Texts - this can be done at any point to update the phrases that appear in Phrasebook.
