Admins and Authors can Import Content Parcels from the Content Parcel page of Process Library.
Content parcels are process maps which have been written by Triaster and Triaster Partners which you can import into your Process Library and use and edit to suit your organisation's needs.
As standard, only Admins and Authors can Import Content Parcels.
To Import Content Parcels into your Library:
- Click on the Content Parcels menu option in the Library Content section of the menu on the left hand side of your screen. This will take you to the Content Parcels page.
- Available Content Parcels are displayed on this page along with their Name, Description, Author, Import Count (number of times the Content Parcel has been downloaded) and number of Maps included in the Content Parcel.
The table of available Content Parcels are automatically updated as new Content Parcels are added.
- To import a Content Parcel click on the Import button next to the Content Parcel you wish to import.
- The button will then update to display Importing.
- Once your Content Parcel has been imported you will be able to view the Process Maps in the Process Map list view.
When a Content Parcel is imported both Process Maps and Properties are imported.
- You can filter to view the maps which have been imported by clicking on the Choose Columns button and filtering on Content Parcels.
