Admins can import Process Navigator Properties to Process Library (SaaS)
Process Navigator users can download their Properties - for Process Maps, Activities and Deliverables - as an .xml file and import them into Process Library (SaaS) so you don't lose your carefully created Properties when you switch tools.
As standard, only Admins can import Process Navigator Properties.
This is only available for Properties which have been downloaded from Process Navigator.
To Import Process Navigator Properties go to the Data Capture page in the Admin section of Process Library (SaaS):
- If you are in the Library section of Process Library (SaaS) click the Admin button at the top right of the screen.
- To return to the Library click the Library button at the top right of the screen.
- Click on the Data Capture menu option in the Admin section of the menu on the left hand side of your screen.
- Click Import Process Navigator Properties XML.
- Click Browse to select your Properties file from your computer.
- Once you have selected your file click Import.
- Once your import is complete you will receive a message saying your import has been completed successfully.
- You will be able to view your imported Properties in the Data Capture section of Process Library (SaaS). They will be displayed in the relevant sections - Process Map Properties, Activity Properties and Deliverable Properties - in folders labeled 'Import' and the date and time the import took place.
