Export Process Maps

Admins can Export a complete or partial list of process maps, including Map ID and all the process map properties attached, to Excel. Admins can then update multiple property values or bulk update process maps by changing the values in Excel. Once these changes have been made Admins can then import the updated Excel spreadsheet into the Process Library, updating all the values. 

Admins can export your process maps from the 'Process Maps' list:

• Choose the Export option from the dropdown menu.
  
• Select the process maps you wish to export, then click Continue Export. 
  
• Choose which properties you would like to be included in the Export using the 'Process Properties', 'Activity Properties' and 'Deliverable Properties' drop-downs.
  
• Choose if you would like to choose to export most recently edited drafts instead of live processes using the checkbox. 

• Click Export Processes to start your Export. 
  
  
• An Excel spreadsheet will automatically be downloaded to your Browser Downloads. This will contain a list of your process maps, with the Map ID, Name and Properties across the top. 
• These properties can then be updated in Excel as required.
