Reviewers can Approve a Process Map from the the 'All Maps' list
Reviewers will receive an email once a Process Map they have been assigned to review has reached its review date.
Reviewers can review a Process Map from the 'Process Maps' list:
- To review a Process Map, click on the Process Maps menu item in the Library Content section of the menu.
- Click on the Processes awaiting your review tab to view the maps that require your approval.
If you have maps awaiting review an hourglass will appear in the Processes awaiting your review tab.
- The Process Maps awaiting your review will be displayed in this tab.
- Click on the button next to the Process Map you would like to review and select Review from the dropdown list that appears. If you would like to view the process map before reviewing it click View from the dropdown list.
- A pop-up box will appear with two choices; Looks Good and Needs Work.
- If you choose Looks Good the Process Map will be approved and you will be taken back to the All Maps page.
- If you choose Needs Work explain what needs to change in the Process Map into the 'Reason' box - this will be emailed to the Author and the map will display the message "This process is past its review date or has been marked as outdated by its reviewer. Any content displayed may not be up to date." until it has been updated and approved.
