Set the Process Map Review Period from the Approvals page
Admins can set Process Map review periods to ensure the Process Library always displays the most accurate information. The review period determines how long after a Process Map has been approved a review is required to confirm it is still accurate. Once the review date has passed it's reviewer will be sent an email asking them to review the map and the Library will display a warning message.
To set the Process Map review period:
- Click on the Approvals menu item in the Library Settings section of the menu.
- Set your review period from the Review Period in Months dropdown.
Since updates are not retroactive this will only change the review date for Process Maps approved after this date has changed.
- Select the review window from the Review Window in Days dropdown - this is how soon before the review date reviewers are able to review a Process Map.
- Click Update to save your settings.
