Search for a Process Map from the Library and Admin sections of Process Library (SaaS)
You can search for a Process Map from both the Library and Admin sections of Process Library (SaaS)- To search from the Library Homepage type your process name into the search bar and click the search icon.
- You will be taken to the Search Results page, if you have multiple pages of search results you can move through the pages using the buttons at the bottom of the page.
- Click on the name of the Process Map you would like to view to view theProcess Map in Library.
Draft Maps - maps which have not been approved by Admins - will not appear in library search results.
- To search from the Admin section of Process Library (SaaS) click on the All Maps menu item in the My Library section of the menu.
- Type the name of your map in the search bar in the top right hand of the screen and your Process Map will appear in the list below. If you have multiple pages of search results you can move through the pages using the buttons at the bottom of the page.
- Click on the button next to the Process Map you would like to view and select View in Library or Edit to view or edit your Process Map.
