Search for a Process Map from the Library and Admin sections of Process Library
Users can search for a Process Map from both the Library and Admin sections of Process Library. Users can also search for documents linked to from the Process Library from the Library section.- To search from the Library Homepage type your process name into the search bar and click the search icon.
- You will be taken to the Search Results page which will display all the relevant Process Maps available in the Process Library.
- Click on the name of the Process Map you would like to view to view the Process Map in Library.
Draft Maps - maps which have not been approved by Admins - will not appear in library search results.
- Any documents held in Sharepoint attached to these Process Maps will be displayed in the tabs at the top of the page which relate to the corresponding Sharepoint folders.
- To access the document simply click on the relevant folder and select the document you would like to view from the list. This will open the document in Sharepoint.

- To search from the Admin section of Process Library click on the Process Maps menu item in the Library Content section of the menu.
- Type the name of your map in the search bar in the top right hand of the screen and your Process Map will appear in the list below. If you have multiple pages of search results you can move through the pages using the buttons at the bottom of the page.
- Click on the button next to the Process Map you would like to view and select View in Library or Edit to view or edit your Process Map.
