Become the Billing Contact to purchase Core User licences.
Become the Billing Contact to manage your Core User licenses.
Only Core Users can become the Billing Contact.
Become the billing Contact in the Billing Status page:
- Click on the Dashboard menu option found at the top right-hand side of the screen.
- Click on the Billing Status menu option found on the left-hand side of the page.
- You can also get to the Billing Status page by clicking onto the person icon in the top-right of your screen and selecting Billing Status from the dropdown menu.
- Click the Become Billing Contact button in the Crowd Status section.
- The page will refresh and your name will appear in the Billing Contact box.
- Once you are the Billing Contact you can access the billing portal by clicking the Billing Portal button.
- This will take you to a page outside of ATC where you can view and manage your:
- Plan type
- Payment method
- Billing information
- Billing history
