Lifecycle Stages are specific, actionable steps which must be carried out in order to complete the process.
Lifecycles are broken down into stages, each of which must be carried out in order, to complete the process that the lifecycle represents. Each stage is a specific, actionable step, which must be completed before the person responsible can move onto an input onto the next stage.
Once you have set up a lifecycle and its stages in the ATC platform, if you decide that your lifecycle stages aren’t entirely working for you, you can easily edit and reorder them.
As standard, lifecycles and lifecycle stages can only be set up and edited by Process Owners.
